This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
If you currently have an active student with SD271, please log into your Skyward Family Access account (https://skyward.cdaschools.org) and then click on the "New Student Enrollment" button located on the left side of the page. If you had a student previously with SD271, please log* into your prior Skyward Family Access account (https://skyward.cdaschools.org) and you will be taken directly to New Student Online Enrollment. *Follow the “Forgot Password” link to reset your password. If you are brand new to our District, please complete the required fields below to request an account to enroll your students.
